Reflexology- A pressure point foot massage to improve circulation and increase energy levels and well being. This achieves an overall feeling of balance and well being. Reiki- A gentle yet powerful method of healing the body and the mind spiritually uplifting and helping to restore positive energy and reduce stress.

Energy Studies

Reading tarot and angel cards is a tool that helps to connect with the spirit world using the shuffle of the cards to predict past, present and future. Instead of in mediumship where no tools are used the medium connects with the power of spirit to collect messages from our friends & family who have passed over to the other-side.
